The Peace Dove currently operates 4 bakeries in North and South Gaza. We make approximately 12,000 pieces of pita bread every day to feed displaced civilians.

Families that come to The Peace Dove bakeries leave with 30 pieces of bread to sustain their family.

We began by building cement ovens, and we can make ~1,000 pieces of bread in each oven a day. Bread is given out for free to all civilians that come to our bakeries.
