The Peace Dove operates five bakeries, four in North Gaza and one located in South Gaza. These bakeries produce over 10,000 counts of bread on a daily basis (300,000 monthly) to serve thousands of impacted and displaced families. Families that come to The Peace Dove bakeries leave with 30 pieces of bread to sustain their families.
